I so appreciate their expertise, customer service, and attention to detail. My dogs smell so nice and are so soft. They love visiting Pup in the Tub and so do I! I feel so comfortable dropping them off because you can just tell these folks love animals.

WOW!!! THE BEST PLACE EVER...Pup-In-The-Tub is the best Dog Groomer I've ever took my dog to. My dog was in horrible shape and needed to be groomed immediately...Phillip was very helpful and treated my Dog Lucy like she was his own. I won't be going anywhere else as long as I'm SC.

talking to them on the phone was a little difficult, but the shop was super clean. didn't even smell like dog, and it was a rainy day! i dropped the dogs off, and they made it very easy. they called for pick up, i couldn't make it right away, and they were so sweet about it. i picked up my babies, and they looked great, and they let me choose the cologne i wanted for them. Good prices too!

I have been very pleased with the service received from the staff. If there is ever a question about what I want for my beloved Clover I get a phone call. She always looks good when I pick her up and she seems to love going.

The staff is very friendly and the place is always neet and tidy. I give them my highest rating.
