Great shop for PC repair. Super knowledgeable staff that perform expert repairs at amateur rates. They stand behind their work. Be sure to save your receipt. Very busy shop, drop off is almost always a must.

I was very disappointed in the owner Tony Santos for his reaction to my easy to fix warranty. I was extremely calm, and I tried to offer multiple solutions, but Tony was so busy yelling at me through the phone, he barely heard anything I said. Then he hung up me. I have never in my life had a manager of any sorts hang up on me. It was absolutely appalling! Especialy considering that I never even raised my voice or became belligerent. Very very disappointing since now my only options for these kinds of services are big box stores, and prefer local businesses. But if you can't offer even a miniscule amount of customer service....
