LuLu was our sales associate every time we made a purchase at RTG and she's absolutely amazing. When our furniture was delivered it was to big for our living room. RTG agreed to do the exchange but the suite we wanted was on backorder until 3/20 they said we can keep the parts of the sectional that fit until our furniture comes in. This is our 5th purchase with RTG and yes we have had some issues but they have always been resolved. The only issue I have had is with the extended warranty we purchased on a few pieces apparently expired. I hope this exchange continues to go as smoothly as the past. So, if you come to RTG as for LULU she actually cares about her customers and will go above and beyond to ensure that your satisfied.

Terrible Place. Bad Customer Service - they are all liars. I refused the 'optional' protection plan for my couches/furniture. They actually added it after I left. My Rooms To Go card ended up being billed an extra $1,100 for everything they added!!!!!!! I have been dealing with this for 9 months now. Their Headquarters backs the store up 100%. The funny thing is - the protection plan they added is BS!!!!! Since I was charged for it anyway, I have called a few times trying to have someone come out and they have a lame excuse EVERYTIME as to why that particular thing is NOT covered!!!!

Rooms To Go Squeaky Furniture, Horrible Customer Service

I recently purchased the Dumont King Bedroom set from your store in Charleston, SC. Initially I was very happy with the bedroom set as it is a very beautiful set. However, within the first night the bed was loudly squeaking any time anybody moved in the bed. As I am a light sleeper, this is absolutely not acceptable especially considering the price of the bed. I immediately contacted Rooms To Go Customer Service in order to have a technician come look at the bed, and was told nobody could come look at the bed for another two weeks. That unfortunately meant another two weeks of sleepless nights with continuously getting woken up throughout the night. To make matters worse, when the technician did finally arrive at the scheduled 4 hour time window he was by himself. He proceeded to look at the bed and confirm that it did indeed squeak very loudly, but that it was a two person job and we'd need to schedule yet another time window where we would have to set aside another 4 hours to sit at the house. Our order showed the size of the bed we had, and the problem we had so there is no reason why two people should not have been sent the first time, the reassembly of a king size bed of that size is always going to be a two person job. After setting up another appointment we waited the entire time window and nobody arrived. Upon inquiring we were told the driver called and when nobody answered, he chose to not leave a voicemail and just not show up at all. Once again we scheduled another 4 hour time window and yet again nobody showed up and not a single missed call this time. At this point I am done dealing with customer service and inquired about just having the defective furniture picked up for a refund since Rooms To Go is too incompetent to rectify the problem, but was told we couldn't do so without a technician looking at the furniture. Well a technician did look at the furniture already the first time and confirmed the problem, we just can't get a technician to come to correct the problem. I have already contacted the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affairs regarding this horrendous customer service, and will also be following up by putting a YouTube video showing how easily the bed squeaks and also contacting my bank in order to protest the charges for services not provided. I will never be shopping at Rooms To Go again, and will be making it my mission to ensure others do not make the same mistake I have both through my friends and by leveraging social media. This is not any way to run a business.

I think that Rooms to Go does not care at all about their customer's satisfaction once the furniture is payed for. I have bough thousands of dollars worth of furniture in the last couple months - paid in full and every time something is broken. The first time I bought The Dumont king size bed, two side tables, the big dresser and the mirror. The dresser's wood was completely wrecked by tape or some sort of burn. One of the side tables had a giant hole in the backing and the other one had more wood damage. My boyfriend agreed to take the back off the one with the hole and switch it with the damaged wood one so they would only have to replace the one. That all happens and I'm not that mad because it was the first offense. So i decide to buy The Delmont 7 piece dining room table and the buffet. One of the arm chairs, the first time, has only 3 legs. At this point, I'm really upset because I had to miss work with the first offense for the redelivery, and I cannot believe that just for once I cannot get a smooth delivery. I call, I complain, I got some young girl who said "Welp, sometimes it happens" That was her customer service. No offer for a discount, no working with me on delivery dates, nothing! I take off today to get the arm-chair re-delivered and wouldn't you know the chair has HALF A LEG! These are blatantly obvious problems. It is not like I am sending things back because of scratches. I have a dinner party on Saturday for 6 people and i have 5 CHAIRS! I have spent way to much money and way to much time dealing with this unbelievably crappy service. I will non-stop post on these forums and I will definitely be reporting them to the BBB.

Broken Furniture and RUDE employees!

I have bought furniture from Rooms to Go twice this year and both times they showed up late with broken furniture. When I called to resolve this issue the employee was rude and unhelpful in both situations! I will never buy anything from this company again and I will be sure none of my friends or family do either.

I had pretty good ,SERVICE AFTER THE SALE,,When my sectional was delivered it was beige,suppose to been Moca Brown, I had already givin my old furniture away ,,Rooms to Go left that beige with me until ,mine was ready I guess about a week,that made the mistake ''ok,',and the recliner I purchased had to be adjusted ,Rooms To Go' sent a repair person out A.S.A.P, I stuck to my end of the aggrement and they stood by theirs,, My son is ready to a new Bedroom Suit..I know where I'll be going ,,,,R'T'G''

Horrible horrible place. Their NUMBER one concern is getting you to buy something. Once you purchase you have to deal w idiots in call centers that do anything but replace defective equipment



I purchased a 550 ext warranty on 3,000 sofa and chase. In 6 months it went to hell and they actualy swapped it out. THAt couch went bad too. They swapped it out and the third couch is now defective



The extended warranty does not "transfer" though and we are out that money. The couch is last the one year warranty becuae it's a replacement. It's a total f job!



This manager stood there and personally promised he would take care of me. He lied just to get me out of there. I had. 400 credit balance and they took it away because i didn't spend it in 30 days



The ext warranty people are fly by night people that give HUGE kick backs to the stores. They point their finger at each other and tell you to go fly a kite



This would be expected just because of the type of company. But they sell terrible terrible products that don't even last a year!



Do not shop there. If anyone is approached by Ed Odonnel do not buy his line of bs..he is a company man



I'm suing them in court and they are scrambling and trying to now offer a refund. F them. This is going to a jury!

I will never spend my money here again!!!!! We were delivered damaged goods and when the items were scheduled to be delivered again we got a call after the "delivery window" and told our furniture was not on the truck. We had company visiting and cancelled our plans that day for all of us to sit around for nothing. Customer service was useless!!!!!!!

i was treated horribly by the brats in the customer service area. I was 9 mo pregnant and due to have my baby any day when my furniture was supposed to be delivered. The day that they chose i had a prenatal doctors appt that i could not reschedule, they told me that was too bad and that was the only day they could come. I said i wanted my.money back then and without even trying to reschedule a date to have my (expensive) table delivered they just refunded me. Pieces of sh*t. The management was just as rude

Great Quality Furniture - a little pricey, but worth the money. I honestly don't know why the reviews are so poor for this RTG. My husband and I bought new living room furniture from this location the day we signed on our house and everything was delivered by the end of the week. We set up our own delivery date and time and the delivery men were prompt and professional. It has been three years since we made our purchase and our furniture is still just as gorgeous as the day we received it, which is doubly satisfying as this is not just a test of time but of our five year old's wrath.

PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE! I did my research on the company and was told horror stories about this store. However, I found a bedroom suit that I loved and could not find anywhere else. Against my better judjement I bought it. When I spoke to the salesman named Mark in the North Charleston store I told him of my research and my concerns about their reputation for poor service. Mark assured me I would not have a problem because he $1,000.00 less but they would not deliver and there was no waranty. I choose to order my furniture at full price for the delivery and waranty. The furniture was delivered late and damaged. The delivery service would not give me a reciept even though they required me to sign electronicly for receiving my shipment. I had to print a letter itemizing the damage and have the delivery man sign. The delivery service is not owned by Rooms to Go but is subcontracted so they are not responsible for damages. I have had several conversations with Mark and all he can do is give me a number to their service department who assured me I would have this matter resolved in one week. The damaged and missing parts were ordered weeks ago and now they are telling me that I have to wait another 90 days to see if the parts come in from China. These people could care less about repeat customers as I have yet to hear of anybody who has had a good experiance with Rooms to Go. After my initial research I should have gone with my first thoughts and never went into this store. I will never darken the door of the store again.
