The mail carriers are great!! It's the lack of organization that rates has poor! Our normal carrier is about to retire. In the mean time we are getting carriers that don't know the route so the mail is either not delivered or delivered to the clearly marked, other boxes, or they don't have a key to unlock the boxes? It would be nice to see some one person learning and taking over this route. Dorsey ave residents thank you!!

The postal service wonders why it's losing money? I had two packages on same truck for delivery. The cheap one was delivered to my door. The expensive one seems to be "lost".. It's a delivery service that can not make deliveries-of course it isn't making money.

I Live at The Park at River's Edge on Dorchester Road. I own 2 HOUSES In the same street and I am having a problem with one delivery woman who REFUSES to put my mail in one of my letter box..... saying that it is ILLEGAL to have 2 different addresses. It has been going for years. When she is not on duty, the other people put my mail in each address without trouble. Really.... it is illegal to have 2 people with the same name and surname ? And what6 business of the delivery woman is it? Amazingly, when other delivery people are on duty, I have no problem.... and BTW, she did put the tax return on a neigthbour who doesn't live here at the moment...... What can I do to make this bully understand that she has to go by the rules ?

I am new to Hanahan, I live in Tanners Hall plantation, I beleive my mail is being put in the wrong mail box (I have received and often other neighbors mail) I realized this when I was asked by a buisness to update my mailing address when I had already done so and they also showed the correct address. This tells me my mail is being put in the wrong box and by doing so it gets returned(cause Im so new there no one knows me by name yet, I guess. I have noticed we have at least 4 different delivery people, that could be part of the problem, I do not know. Can this be corrected though reguarding me receiving My mail?
