Wow is terrible. If I could give them negative stars, I would do so. After providing notice and returning equipment in January, they billed me for three months (Feb, Mar, April) in error. Contacted Wow and was told that they had submitted for adjustment and that there was no balance on my account.

Account was deleted on April 1, automatically sending to collections, but they did not remove the charges and fees until April 10. After contacting them yet again, I was told that I "should not be paying" and that they started a case to have the balance adjusted and it would be zero. This apparently was not done, and again contacted Wow only to be told the same thing by a third representative.

It would have been easy to remedy this error, but Wow doesn't do anything easily, and an endless circle of customer service representatives telling you something and then blaming some other department when it doesn't get done is frustrating.

Do yourself a favor, run, do not walk, from this company and their "truck roll" fees for their line issues, billing errors, and horrible, terrible, very bad customer service. I'd have gladly paid them anything they wanted just to not have to deal with them ever again. Those are hours and hours of my life I wish I could get back.

There people are the worst. I've had billing problems, service problems, customer service people that don't call you back, and no one cares. Infuriating to deal with. Avoid them if you can.

This company has technology that is 10 years old at best. Their are so many ways that you will not be abele to navigate your way through TV programing. It's indescribable how completely ancient this technology is. I can't wait to leave this community so I will no longer be forced to pay for a service, that is so completely inadequate. My apartment community is forcing me to buy this service and I hate being forced to buy something I don't want. Stay away from this company regardless of price.

Worst company ever. Cable and internet cut off regularly, sometimes for long periods of time. Would never recommend this company to anyone. They increase their rates without warning and will discontinue channels you already have and tell you if you want them you will have to upgrade. Choose a different company and save frustration and money.

I can't stand WOW, when it was Knology, it was just fine, why 'fix' something if it's not broken? makes no sense....It totally sucks now and I can't even just look up the local television shows for wow here to find a specific show...plus, the name WOW, is stupid and so are their commericals...just my opinion....

Freezes, loses channels, pixelates, difficult to watch without having to change channel and flip back several times. When it was knology never had any problems. Can get some basic channels downstairs on tv and then go upstairs and can't get the channels on that box or they might come in and then screen goes grey. Internet goes out from time to time. More lately and it's very slow. Phone service is ok. Sometimes friends say I'm breaking up on the landline. I think they need to work on making their signals stronger. I live in the city not out in rural areas. Awful. Suggest you try another company.
