I lost my phone in this taxi. I called to determine whether it had been found. Our driver, Sydney, had already reported that he had found it. I drove from out of town to get my phone and Sydney went out of his way to meet me at the mall to deliver the phone to me. He very easily could have been dishonest and tried to sell the phone to make a few extra bucks. He did not. Our service was great, Sydney was friendly, and the price was fair.

This taxi service is the best that I have ever experienced. The driver arrived early and got me to my destination with plenty of time to spare. The taxi was very neat and clean . I will definitely be using this taxi service again . Thanks for a great experience!

I really enjoyed my ride to the Airport, the driver was on time and I learnt a lot about the City that I did not experience, on this trip to Charleston. I will be back to Charleston and Yellow Van Taxi will be my taxi.

This taxi Cab is a safe and clean way of transportation. The owners of this cab company are very nice and want to make sure that people get the best way of transportation with Yellow Van Taxi LLC. I have experience with this cab company when they only had one cab making sure they work hard in expanding the business so people could have a cab that is very affordable. I really like this cab company.
