About Ratha Iâ??ve been with Homestead Funding Corp. since 2003, working out of their Chelmsford, MA branch. Although Iâ??m based out of Chelmsford, I mostly serve the community of Lowell. I attended UMASS Lowell for college and have been an active member of the community since then. What sets me apart from other loan originators, other than being bilingual (Khmer), would be that I treat my customers like they are family.
