I was waiting for help about ten mins, an employee came but she told us to wait, because the customer next to us was first. They actually came in 5 minutes after us. The employee should have asked both parties who was first. The manager never said sorry or even talked to us, but she returned a $3,600 bracelet. I will never shop here.

Went to just look, We were greeted as if we were royalty. Everyone was so friendly and I was impressed. Our sales rep Trina took all the time we needed and knew we were only looking. So I did buy my daughter a pendant for her birthday.

Can't stress how very friendly everyone was from the guy cleaning to all in the Galleria. I will recommend to all my friends and other to be able to have their gift receivers to say HE WENT TO JARED. This slogan now has real meaning. Thanks, Trina
