If it was possible to give zero stars I would. I brought my watch to charles kerwath for a minor repair to the bracelet. It is an expensive high quality watch. When I left my watch with kerwath it was working perfectly, the only problem was the bracelet clasp. Not only did he charge me more than his estimate to fix the clasp, he didn't fix it properly and put the bracelet on backwards as well. The watch was severely damaged when I picked it up, now requiring a thousand dollar repair from Omega. I wouldn't let this person fix a dog collar much less any jewelry or watch. He refuses to take responsibility for the damage.
