As of today, I've now had terrible experiences with both the grooming department and the Banfield Pet Hospital. I will be going to another PetSmart in the future, even though this one is about two miles from my house.

About two months ago, I took my miniature American Eskimo Dog in for a wash and a shave. I have used PetSmart grooming since I adopted her at a PetSmart adoption event almost six years ago; I've never had an issue, and I've lived in a few different states in those years. I told the young lady checking her in that they should not use electric clippers near her face, based on advice I received from a previous groomer. About an hour after I left her there, I got a call from the groomer (the same groomer who showed up EXACTLY at her start time and couldn't be bothered to say hello) saying that she couldn't continue grooming my dog. I asked her to put her in the holding area for about 20 minutes and try again. 20 minutes later, she called back to say she couldn't finish
