i needed my very large basement spray foamed with closed cell foam at a cost of $3000.00(three thousand dollars)after getting an estimate which was a runaround by itself.i had to keep calling them back to get them to schedule an appointment,after we agreed on a day which was on a weekday i had to take a day off from work,so i did.they said they would be here at 8 o'clock in the morning.so i,m waiting.i get a call at 9:30 saying theres a problem will be around 10:30.i,m waiting.11:30 still nobody.get a call at 11:45 saying there leaving another job should be there in 45 minutes.i,m waiting again.1:00pm still nobody.another call at 2:o'clock saying there picking up the foam and will be there in 30 minutes.2:30 still nobody.another call at 3:30 saying it's to late to do the job and it will be another day.really,i just wasted my whole day not to mention a whole day of pay from work.rescheduled for two weeks later on another day during the week.i took another day off from work,said they would be ther beetween 8 and 9 o'clock am.they showed at 9:12 am and were here until 2:30 pm after they left i went to check on what i just spent 3000.00 dollars of my hard earned money on only to be very dissapointed,it was sopposed to be 2 inches of foam and most spots were only 1 inch,some spots i could still see the block wall.i had some stuff in my basement that i covered with plastic to protect it from over overspray,however it was a cool morning and my heat pump was running,i asked the workers if i need to shut it off and cover it up they asured me they would not get near it(big mistake) my house is only 1 year old and my brand new heat pump is covered in foam overspray.i'm very upset at this point.i also noticed when i walked out my basement into my backyard there were ciggarette buts all over (about 12) i called the manager and asked him to come out which he did a week later and said everything would be fixed.1 month has passed and i haven't heared from anyone so nothing is fixed.but i did receive my bill for $3059.00 bottom line 2 days lost from work ,my new heat pump is a mess,my yard is an ashtray, and my basement is far from being correct.these people are not professionals in any way and there is no quality in quality building products,i will never recomend these people to anyone because like i said they are not professionals.(DO NOT USE)

Individual stormed out of house when I disagreed with what he said. That is not good.
