Buyer beware!!! My husband went in for an introductory package. They insisted on a debit card to set up his information and he paid CASH for the package. The person handling the paperwork did not check a box on the form that the debit card should NOT be charged for the service and they charged my account resulting in 4 overdrafts in my checking account. We have called and visited the salon at least 10 times and every time they claim that they are going to credit my account but they have not done so as of yet. They asked my husband to drive to a location yesterday to pick up a check and when he got there they had no check. I am filing a claim in small claims court and filing a complaint with BBB. Be careful giving this company your debit card information.

OVER PRICED, OVER CROWED and RUDE. I have tanned at this salon three times and all three times have been HORRIBLE. The staff sells you hard on lotions and packages but will take little time to answer any questions. They sold me a heating lotion that was extremely powerful and left my skin irritated and burning. I was put into a bed that gave me an extremely uneven tan. The staff would not take the time to discuss the lotions or the levels of beds. The time length they suggested on my first visit was uncomfortably long and I was the one to tell them that my skin was not ready. I have been tanning for years and I have tanned at several other locations; I highly suggest shopping around before settling on Sun City on Midlothian Turnpike
