Ordered Gyros value meal with fries & slush. Gyro was big and delicious very flavorful. Restaurant was very clean especially the restrooms. Overall experience was great. Will return in the future.

The customer service at 5 Points is not very fair, especially when it comes to that old famous statement, "the customer is always right." Well, maybe not always right, but the vendor should at least meet the unhappy customer half way in regards to customer satisfaction. If an order for a popular food item is placed and the customer does not take notice of the wrong food item until later that same day, when ready to eat and enjoy it, it would make good business sense when that customer calls the vendor to inform them that, "an Italian meatball sandwich was given instead of an Italian beef" to say, we apologize for the wrong order. Please return, if you can to receive your correct order. That didn't happen. Instead, the vendor not only didn't apologize for the inconvience and wrong order, but insisted that the unhappy customer pay for the correct sandwich. One would think that if a wrong order was given in the first place to the customer, that the vendor would be apologetic and right away replace it; but not at 5 Points. This is just to name a few of the bad service experiences there.
