Every customer should get a signed contract! That's what I did and Steve was nothing but a professional in every aspect of his business. He even made sure my home was cleaned up every day. We love our new bathroom! Thanks Steve.

This guy is HORRIBLE! He tore my kitchen out at the end of January 2011 and told my wife and I that we would be with out a kitchen for TWO WEEKS. We picked out and paid him for the cabintes and went out and bought everything that we needed (Tiles for the floor, back splash, etc...) and we paid him and his workers everyweek for the work that they had done. Well two weeks went by and no cabinets. Infact we never got the cabinets that we had ordered. We ended up ordering cabinets from Loews and of course I had to shell out the difference between the cabinets that never came in and the ones that I was now ordering through Loews. Mean while it is now June and we still have NO kitchen (no sink, no cabinets, no counters). We left for vaction and came back (end of June begining of July) to some cabinets and a cheap countertop. Cabinets (some) that came were wrong and some just didn't come at all. My radiant heated tile flooring wasn't installed properly. My bath tub that was installed was all scratched up and the grout in the bathroom floor is cracking. I'll fast forward about a month (April 2012) ago and that is when Steve Ohrenstien quit the job. He did credit me $3400 and pretty much said good luck. I just can't get over how inept this guy is. He and his workers are nothing but a bunch of hacks and are not worthy of ever being called craftsman. Kitchen is almost done no thanks to STEVE OHRENSTIEN from XTREME DEVELOPMENT. If this guy approaches you please run the other way. He wasn't a bad guy just a horrible hack. I would really like to give him no stars but it won't let me.
