Do not get your phone glass fixed here. They charge more than apple for an inferior product. The glass they gave me shattered after four days from a light bump. The glass even feels cheap when swiping. I went to them with this problem and they wouldn't do anything to help. Poor customer service. Who talks to customers like that? The grumpy old man needs to retire from behind the desk if he wants his business to last. He will pretend to be your friend until you realize the garbage products they are using. No wonder the online reviews are horrible and some of the stories are comical.

I have now had an Iphone power problem, a broken glass and a laptop issue fixed by this company and I can't say enough. They were always pleasant and the turn around time was remarkable! I would use them again and not hesitate to tell others to go there! -Chris G

You know, I wish I had done more research on this place before I took my laptop there. Every review written says three things: this guy treats customers rudely, he doesn't guarantee his work, he rips people off. I couldn't agree with all three things more. I took my laptop there, he "fixed" it and it wasn't working again in a week. I took it back and got yelled and sworn at. He refused to refund me money and blamed it on me. I know enough technically about computers to understand exactly what was being said in the jargon--and I know that it wasn't my fault. Then, because he didn't properly fix my laptop the first time, it overheated and fried. I have no idea how this guy Norm keeps his business running--but my best guess is that it'll be shut down within five years. I always try to support small business--but seriously, go to Best Buy or somewhere instead. You may pay a little more, but at least they will guarantee their work. And at the very least, they'll treat you with kindness and respect and won't yell and swear at you. I left this store shaking I was so mad.

FRAUDULANT : BROUGHT IN COMPUTERS TO BE SERVICED HAD TO KEEP BRINGING THEM IN HAD MORE PROBLEMS THEN THEY HAD INITIALLY. HE BLAMED US AND SAID WE BROKE THE CIRUCIT BOARDS DURING THE TIME WE WERE BRINGING THEM BACK AND FORTH FROM HIS BUSINESS. WE PURCHASED CHARGES THAT WERE DEFECTIVE THAT WAS THE CAUSE OF THE BURN OUTS AND HIS GAURENTEE POLICY WAS HIS OFFER TO US TO PAY 100.00 EA FOR THE TWO CIRCUIT BOARD REPLACEMENTS. WE LOST THE COST OF OUR COMPUTERS AND PAID FOR HIS POOR SERVICE. PLEASE LOOK ELESEWHERE SO YOUR FAMILY IS NOT ROBBED. HE SPEAKS RUDELY IS VERY INSULTING TO PEOPLE AND QUITE FRANKLY BLAMES THE CONSUMER FOR WHAT HE CANNOT FIX AND WHAT HE DOES REPAIR CAUSES A NEW ISSUE SO HE GETS YOUR MONEY AND MORE OF IT DONT LET HIM TO THIS TO ANYONE ELESE TY FOR YOUR TIME I HOPE THIS SAVES YOU .
