I would like to express my dissatisfaction this afternoon, Sunday July 19th at a Payless store I was in today at North Dartmouth Mall location in Dartmouth, MA around 2pm. Upon entering the store with my nine year old sister I was not greeted by anyone. As I was looking for shoes for her, several employees walked by us who did not offer any assistance. As she was trying on shoes we overheard employees loudly talking in the next aisle by the cash register (and children's shoes) about their personal lives. One employee was talking about the type of underwear she was wearing and the color it was and if it was see through and talking about men being able to see it. She also said a customer was wearing purple underwear the other day and making comments about how stupid she was. Another customer on the side of me gave me a look and definitely thought that they were inappropriate conversations, as well as did I. As I was leaving they all just stared at me and did not say good bye or even say to have a nice day. I was disgusted in the customer service I received today and I believe actions should be taken to make sure this doesn't happen again.
