We have boarded our various dogs here for twenty years. The first time we dropped off our dogs they were very apprehensive and scared. From the second time and on, they never looked back and cheerfully went back to their kennel. They could have at least looked a little sad. When we first used them it was a husband and wife that ran the place and it was excellent, easy 5 stars. Then just the husband ran the place and it was still very good, just not as good as when his wife was there. The husband (Bill) died this year. We have boarded once since then with no complaints. We actually drive our dogs 50 minutes from Baltimore to board them here, we like it that much.

I now have the pup that BUYER BEWARE had. Have no problems with her. Actually, this is the second dog we have from this breeder. She just wants to be loved and has absolutely NO problems. Neither of my dogs are aggressive, diseased, or in any type of poor health. We had a GSD previously and a Rough Collie we boarded with Bill. Great place.

BUYER BEWARE BOUGHT 12 WEEK OLD GERMAN SHEPHERD PUPPY AFTER 2 DAYS STARTED WALKING FUNNY MOUTH SAGGING DROOLING AND PEEING HERSELF WHILE LAYING DOWN. I TOOK HER TO VCA EMERGENCY IN DELAWARE AND DOCTOR SAID SHE HAD DISEASE IN HER GUM WHICH IS CAUSING PAIN AND INDIRECTLY EFFECTING EVERYTHING ELSE. I HAVE ALL DOCUMENTATION FROM THE DOCTOR REPORT AND THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK SAYING I MUST HAVE HIT THE DOG AND THAT I NEED TO PAY A THOUSAND DOLLARS TO PROVE THAT IT IS THE DISEASE WHEN I PAID 1K FOR THE DOG. NOW I WILL BE TAKING THEM TO COURT AND SUE THEM.



JUST A HEADS UP!

I have my 2 Persian cats groomed there for the past 3 years. They do a perfect job for a long hair cat. There are dogs barking because they are a breeder as well but my cats are never spooked when being groomed. When I call making appointments they are always friendly and it's a very easy process. Dropping off and pick up is very easy. I would recommend them for grooming.

I had my one cat groomed there and was happy with that. When I had to board my cats, I was not happy when I picked them up. There were is small cages and you could hear the dogs barking. All my cats were shaking and scared. I have had them boarded at other places and never were they shaking and frigtened when I picked them up.
