Family Affair Camp Ground

No longer a family campground. As soon as we got there they DJ was playing Crazy B****, not censored, at 4 P.M. Then there was a band there that dropped F bombs, and talking about running around naked, and getting wasted all night. All of this going on, and our camper was maybe 30 feet away from the pavilion. There were several drunken people stumbling around our camper until 1 am.



We also had to put up with a goat and a small horse roaming around the campground, defecating on our campsite, and getting into food on our picnic table.



All day Saturday it got pretty warm, so everyone was using their air conditioners. The power kept going on and off. When it finally did stay on, the voltage was fluctuating from 85-90 volts.

Terrible!!!! This is NOT a family campground unless your idea of "family fun" includes staying up past midnight partying. The place was noisy past midnight with partying and basketball playing. Keg stands were the entertainment of choice here. Stay somewhere else if you want a family experience. Paradise Bay in nearby Findley Lake NY is a better "family" experience.

I have a permanent site there and have been enjoying it every summer weekend for 5 yrs now. My parents had one when i was a child and I grew up out there now I offer tbat same luxury to my son. we love it. Beautiful campground with site after site of beautiful friendly people from which I have met and made alot of very good friends! !!! So peaceful and quiet and all of tgis is only 25 min ride from downtown. My praises could go on forever the only downfall this campground has in my eyes is that it is seriously lacking any kind of even slightly primitive sites for tents or popups.

Quite camping with something to do every weekend for all ages. Great swimming pools, games, fishing pond, ect.



This is the place for seasonal camping or just a weekend. We have been here for six plus years (seasonal) and do not plan on changing any time soon. Recommend friends to at least try a weekend and see what we are talking about.
