Provided by YP.comThe propane tank in our yard but owned by Low Bucks has fallen off of its support blocks and leans to the side and might be placing pressure on the gas pipe which runs into our house. I called Low Bucks to describe this problem last Fall to give them time to fix the problem before the heavy weather set in. Low Bucks acknowledged that they received our notice but did nothing to repair the tank.
We are on automatic refill; having prepaid for our propane for an entire year. Low Bucks ignored our tank from September 25 all the way to December 29. Recently, our tank was inexcusably passed over on the same day they refilled our relative's tank right next door to us! (A tank which was also on automatic refill.) At 9:00 pm of Dec. 29 our tank ran empty. We called Low Bucks and got an answering machine; nor did Low Bucks call us back despite multiple attempts by us. My wife and I are both in poor health and are struggling financially in a serious way. We were left in a life-threatening, ice-cold house all of Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday and most of Tuesday. They didn't even offer a discount or an apology. They didn't even put our refilling at the top of the driver's priority for the day they finally got to the task. Instead, they left us to freeze until nearly closing time to get our replacement gas.
Do not trust this company. Do not expect them to do the right thing. Their competitive pricing isn't worth risking your life over. This situation literally qualifies Low Bucks for prosecution for reckless endangerment. My wife and I are seriously considering pressing these charges. Save yourselves; protect your families! Avoid doing business with Low Bucks at all costs. It could be a matter of life or a cruel and horrible death - especially for the elderly, and the sick.

Provided by YPmobileBought a new 30gal. thank for 65.00 three years ago have receipt. I took the tank to refill the man said my tank was out dated needed to be recertified and charged me a additional 6.70. The new tank was no all the way full and my husband was angry because I was taken advantage of, so he took the tank back. He tried to explain to a very arrogant dark hair and glasses that he only purchased the tank a few years ago. The man said he did not want to see the receipt and that he was not working there back then "what do you want me to do" what a sorry response from a employee. We are good customers paying up to 600.00 every 6 to 8 weeks in the winter. I will tell you from now on we will fill our small tanks at the co-op. I wouldn't be opposed to look for another company for our big tank. When you feel cheated and can prove it for a lousy 6.00 makes me wonder about what else we are being taken advantage of
