They sold me a defective mattress that seeps. They would replace it and I upgraded to an extra $300 mattress. They said it be delivered the next day. It never arrived. I called the store and they told me it would be deliver after the weekend. I called Monday morning and they said it would be another $50 for delivery and they couldn't deliver it for 3 more days. Not a good place to buy from and poor customer service.

Bought a love seat recliner and a love seat that folds out to a bed. The recliner had a problem with the right arm-it was loose-Price Cutter did send out delivery people to look at it and they agree the arm is loose, however, Price Cutter refuses to repair it. I was told by a manager that I must have been jumping on the arm. At 69 years old, I am too old to do so. Then he said there was no warranty on the love seat. I called the supplier and was advised there was a warranty and they would contact Price Cutter and get back to me. This has not happened after 3 weeks. You would be better off using your money to start your grill because at least you could use it!! Price Cutter does have a "all sales final and no refunds" but all that I want is REPAIR.
