Do not hire this contractor. I had a terrible experience with them and was very sorry I ever hired them. The project did not start on time, and from day one I had arguments with them about things that should have been done and were not. With numerous delays the project dragged on for 7 aggravating months. The company uses unlicensed subs and poor quality workers. There were code violations and costly mistakes and workers had to return several times at every phase of the project to make corrections. The contractor himself never came to supervise or check the job site, but I cannot say that he had any expertise in any area. On at least two occasions I had to hire someone else to do a job that should have been done by the company. The subs were sloppy and left debris behind on my property, some of which was a danger to other people who work in and around my home. They were completely unprofessional and asked for final payment before the project was complete.
