Our 100% grass-fed Longhorn cows, pastured Red Wattle pigs, and pastured Dominique and Silver Laced Wyandotte chickens are heritage breeds. All are slow-growing and celebrated for the flavor of their meat and eggs. We raise them organically, holistically, sustainably, humanely, and as close to nature as possible. As each is nourished by our lush grass and pastured conditions, they stay naturally healthy — no additives required. That means no hormones, no steroids, no antibiotics — you won’t find any of them here. We are a CSA farm with membership, but the public is welcome to dine with us at our picturesque farm-to-table restaurant, Hundred Acres. Join us at the farm every Friday for lunch or dinner. Reservations are required. Make your reservation by phone or email. You can also join us for a tour. We love to welcome guests to our farm, explain the work we are doing, and have people meet our animals. We are open to our CSA members on our Saturday Provision Days from 9AM until 1PM. We serve a wholesome, delicious breakfast, and you can sit out on the patio, read the newspaper, visit our animals, and, of course, pick up your weekly provisions of pastured meats, poultry, eggs. If you’d like to visit us on Saturday Provision Day and join us for breakfast, you can purchase your Membership by going on our website We host a variety of events from classes to lunches and dinners (some available only to members) and attend the Sanibel farmers market. At all of our events and farmer’s markets, our organically-raised and pastured meats, organically-grown heirloom vegetables and herbs, and prepared items from our state-of-the-art kitchen will be available for purchase.
