Guilio is rude and clearly doesn’t care about customer satisfaction. They only have two high chairs and one is broken. So if you want to bring your kids there. Think again. Not a family friendly place.

If you dont want a stomache bug dont eat here! Whole family got sick for two weeks and they would not even refund the money!

If there was a zero star option this place would get it. Apparently Google deleted my review and somehow I cannot review they're restaurant again. So here's the deal, the food is really inconsistant. I order subs, they are very skimpy, and delivery is not free, they make up they're own price for delivery plus having to tip the driver. I also ordered a pizza which when delivered an HOUR LATER, when I live down the street, tasted like it was made the day before, sat out, and then thrown in the oven to heat it. I also have had bad diahrea twice from eating they're food. I will never eat here again, I keep giving them chances but I'm always dissapointed. I feel as though I've been robbed

Ordered through Grub Hub, selecting a plain pizza and adding toppings to my liking. To most of the civilized world that would entail bread, sauce, cheese and the selected toppings. Apparently, that is not the case at Giulio's as a plain pizza does not include cheese. I suppose by that logic I should be thankful that I received bread and sauce on pizza, because I did not request those either. They took their sweet time delivering it. I opened the box to find there was no cheese. My diabetic friend took 1 slice because his blood sugars got low during the wait, while I called Giulio's to remedy the cheese situation. I called Giulio ' s who refused to take the pizza back because 1 slice was missing. I would understand if it was multiple slices, but because I made a very simple mistake in ordering and because they made us wait so long my friend had to have 1 slice, they would do nothing to remedy the situation. Not a new pie, not a credit. Nothing. It's not like they could legally sell the pizza if it were whole, and if they are the type of place that would do that I'd stay far the hell away. They charged me $23 for what is at maximum $5 in ingredients. I would expect better customer service paying a premium like that. I wish there was a rating lower than one star

I live about 10 mins away and eat here at least 3 times a week order in or take out its always great!!!

This is north havens best kept secret!!! Pizza & dinners are great. The martini lounge is excellent also.

Had my food delivered, did come very fast however they forgot to give me the salad dressing. I ordered chicken marsala, ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.... Canned Mushrooms, Didin't cook the wine out properly, very acidity with A LOT of what seemed to be lemon juice. Took 2 bites and threw away the whole thing. $17 down the drain. NEVER AGAIN

Giulio's cannot be beat for their stuffed breads and Italian specialties. They really know what they are doing. This is a family owned business and they treat you like a member of the family.

Great food. I have been in town on business for 2 weeks and have eaten there 4 times. Everytime I have tried something different on the menu, and they all have been great.
