Went to the Old Saybrook store where I was not offered ANY lens choices and was not told the price of the frame I chose and was not given an itemized receipt. In fact, when I went to pick up my glasses I was told I owed more than I actually did. The "man" working there argued with me over how much money I had left as a deposit.Also, the lenses were very cheap and as thick as coke bottles--my eyes are not that bad!! The "man" insisted my vision must have gotten worse. He the went on to insult me on a VERY personal level-- in front of my 6 year old son!!!! I called the K&P owner in New Haven, at first he said he would refund my monies, however I was only partially recompensated and he became nasty and rude over the phone when I called to inquire about it. What a poor excuse for a business!! Save yourselves the aggravation and go elsewhere.
