FC Joyce has to be hands down the worst staffed K-8 school in Sacramento. The staff is rude and inconsiderate as all hell. The old hag of a receptionist Jan is by far a witch. She's extremely rude to parents, and students. Everytime I call of course Jan answers. Mr. Meyers had Jan call back and apologize to me and she hung up on me in the middle of her half assed apology. She's offensive. And not a joy to be around. I have high expectations for adults who CHOSE to work with children. My daughters teacher is Mrs. Foster. She is a 3rd grade teacher. Pleasure to be around and work with. Was my little brothers teacher also from years ago. My 12 year old is in 7th grade. The teachers we're having troubles working with aren't very good teachers let alone adults. My child's no angel but come on, give me a call when he's acting up instead of "secret citation" after "secret citation" because my son hides them. FC Joyce's principal is a complete push over. He's way to soft. The school is basically a joke. However the school is a school. It's definately not Rocklin elementary.
