The manager Julie is rude and unprofessional and the maintenance guy Justin I'm beyond shocked that nut job works at fairway estates. I highly recommend not moving here period........ Worst place I have ever moved to look elsewhere Hell anywhere but here.... I wish someone would have warned me so your welcome.......

This mobile home park is horribly kept up the parks vacant lots are not kept up as far as weeds and looking trashy. The management here has provided a hostile environment in which to live in. If they like you then you're good to go. If they don't like you then they harass you. The Manager Bill looks like a creepy pedafile. The Assistant Manager Julie is unclean looking and she is just not an all around good person. The management lies to the residents and tell's possible buyers the private business of the residents that live here. There has been a lot of transients that hang out in this park. All I can say is...

My grandparents have lived in this park since 1984. It's never been really nice but it is sad how down hill it's gone. Coming in to visit last time as I'm waiting for the gate to open there is a man on the other side just staring me down. As I'm driving through he runs in front of my car screaming and demanding to know my business there. If I don't live there I can't come in. I tell him none of his business and when he doesn't let up I get out the car. He runs inside to call the sheriff and tells me I should leave. I tell him I'll wait. It turns out the crazy man is the manager of the park! He's a fat rude slob so you wouldn't know it. The park reflects the management. It's dirty and rundown they'll finance a place for you but they are really expensive as is lot rent. To top it off the manager is a nut. Luckily visiting grandma isn't a crime in north highlands so I was able to go. There are a lot of decent places in the area for less money with better management. Stay clear of here.

Bad place, poor management, lot rental is increasing like sky rocket. Residents are moving out management no concerns for residents. Don't recommend this place at all

This is not a Mobile Home community, it is a Trailer Park. It is dirty and unkempt, the management does nothing to take care of concerns of the residents and the owners of the park don't live in the area so they don't care about the place. As long as they get their rent checks, which continues to increase and not just by a small amount but no less than $25 each time only to compensate for all of the empty lots and empty homes. I would NOT recommend this place to any one.

Big dogs, and drug dealers that's how I would describe this place. With a local child molester soon to move. Stay clear
