Getting my daughters hair done and I needed a certain brand of hair, thank goodness they had it.....

Horrible customer service! I have been coming here for ten years. I have been a loyal customer. I had an extreme allergic reaction to a hair blend i purchased and brought it back to the store first thing the next morning. They were late opening the store. I politely explained what happened, that i had a reaction that forced me to use an eppie pen. They refused to return the hair that had been unwound. Instead of explaining to call the manufacturer, the owner came up and began yelling at me "do u just try all the hair and return it?!" when i started crying out of sleep deprivation and frustration due to the whole situation , he told me to get out of his store if i was going to cry! Where do people like this come from? I had never returned or exchanged anything i had every purchased in ten years at this establishment. Yet i was treated like i did something wrong. Disrespecting a customer and having no compassion for a person is completely unacceptable. I will never shop here again. TERRIBLE!!!!

I HAVE SHOPPED AT HAIR PLUS FOR SEVEN YEARS. I MOVED FROM SACRAMENTO TO MEMPHIS, WENT TO THE BEAUTY SUPPLY IN MEMPHIS, COULDN'T FIND WHAT I WANTED. I CALLED MY DAUGHTER IN ANTELOPE, CA., SHE WENT TO HAIR PLUS, GOT WHAT I WANTED ,SHIPPED THEM TO ME. I'M SATIFIED!!!
