Don Adams is an excellent mechanic who charges a fair price. I am someone who understands virtually nothing about how cars work or why they stop working. He always explains things to me in a way I can understand.



If there are several options for fixing a problem, he lets me know in advance the pros and cons and how much each will cost. He also lets me know of other potential problems I may have in the near future, like maybe a worn belt or struts (shocks??). He's honest about telling me if I need to get something taken care of soon before it becomes a safety issue, or if it can wait a few weeks or months. I trust Holcomb's Auto Clinic and hope Don will be there for a long time.

I found this business to be very customer service orientated. They fixed the problem with my car and did not charge me anything extra, but did let me know that I will be needing more services soon. They did not tell me that I had to have the work done right now nor that they are the only ones that could take care of the problems. I will be going back to them from now on since they are so honest and reasonably priced.
