Ive been Working with this buisness for over a year now and have showed me nothing but respect and professionalism since the start. Dispatch always works hard when someone calls out they quicky fill the empty position. L.t. communicates with every employee that wishes to speak with him about a problem. We have people filling and putting everyones files together in an ordinally fashion. i get paid well and on time.

Lt made the transition very easy. I was very happy with services provided. The guard reports were detailed and legible. I had no complaints. The response time was impressive.

I worked for this company from March 11, 2016 to March 27, 2016. I do not know where to start. The position I was hired for was in Visalia. My job was to drive around the Walmart on Mooney in a patrol vehicle.

They didn't hire enough people
They won't help you when there is an issue. Dispatch will just hang up. They may say they'll call back but they won't.
The dispatch employees do not communicate so whatever problems you had during your shift. Well, you're on your own.
The patrol vehicle never had gas and they would take days to send money even if they were told days in advance.
They expect their employees to spend money from their own pockets to fill up the patrol vehicle
They have not fully reimbursed me yet.
They are late with checks.
They have a contract with a Walmart in Fresno. Those employees have similar problems.
Hours are stolen

Do not hire this company or work for them. They need to get their crap together. I have never seen such incompetence.

You have been warned.

Best place I've worked Lt Farlough is very strict but for the better of the company one of the best in my opinion with me working dispatcher I was able to see how dedicated he was working with his high work load. Good company very easy work , decent pay, overtime regular depending on post, lovable job. Dispatcher Bertha very kind and respectful overall great company.

Am a former employee. Without a doubt this is the worst outfit I have had the displeasure of working for in my life. I'm over 50. Lying, deceit, unfairness; these things were the order of business each and every day when they had dealings with me. LT Farlough is the worst of the worst. Lowlife, lying sack of spit.

This company is the absolute worst company ever. They're disorganized, rude. They tell u that there is work when there is none. They don't return calls, they don't answer the phone, and if they do, they tell u they'll call u back and then they never do. Stay clear of this dumpster fire known as World Security!!

Terrible company to work for. It was a nightmare working for this unprofessional company. No benifits, checks late, unorganized, rude, cant believe they are still in business!..
