Unlike the last review, I don't think you need to ask for Kevin. Kevin's great, don't get me wrong. But Shawn (or Sean) is amazing!!! SUPER nice guy... I had work done on my new-to-me car at a horrible dealer. (Review for that coming soon...) After, I ended up at America's Tire (in the same mini mall as Action) to get a new tire. My battery died in the parking lot. They referred me to Shawn who installed a battery, in the parking lot, since my car wouldn't move. Then when America's Tire had to break the posts (that the bolts go into to) to get my tire off, they referred me to Action, again... Shawn spent over 90 minutes trying to get my bolts fixed. (There was a sizing issue with the parts.) He worked past the closing time (by far) so that I could get back on the road AND he didn't charge me a dime... He save me HUGE!! I would've had to get a tow somewhere else IF he wasn't so capable and eager to assist when I was in a crunch... I was new to Noho, and hadn't found a mechanic prior to all this. But now, I'm happy to say, I have a mechanic I can trust. And, I never go anywhere else.
