They made an appt for my child, I took child off school for the appt. They said no appt was made. I told them Esmeralda made the appt, then they said the insurance has the wrong doctor chosen. Previously when they scheduled the appt, they did not say that! Poor personnel

You can see the smoke come out of my ears because I am pretty pissed off right now! This place is horrible. I am currently here, and they don't care if you have an appointment or not, they let people who came way after you go first. If I make an appointment, I expect to be assisted at the time I wanted! I have other things to do, and people to see. You are wasting my time! This place is a complete joke. I do NOT recommend this for yours kids/family members. I'm actually considering getting a new doctor.
