The thing about BigLots is that you have to be careful about the quality & craftsmanship of the items you are buying there. Many items are as well made as they were coming from the manufacturer, while other items (larger ticket items like throw rugs, furniture and some tools and linens) are totally compromised and fall apart weeks after you bring them home. I happen to think that it's a great resource for candles, stationary, office & scrap-booking supplies, as well as personal grooming products like hair gel, lotion, conditioner & even self-tanners & soap. But I will personally never buy anything that isn't expendable again from that store. They also hate to take returns on merchandise and may even argue with you about doing it for you. All I am saying is buyer beware and inspect everything you buy, unless it's just so damned cheap that you don't care about it's quality!
