Provided by YP.comMichael and Irene make working out fun and exciting. I prefer my Body Theory class as an energy boost over anything else. By the way to all the moms and dads, my kids love playing in the kids' room where they exercise, play games, or do homework. Oh, and if I was a nanny, I'd take the kids there and get in a workout too. Everybody WINS! BIG THANKS TO THE BLANKS!!!
