Came in with my BMW for an Estimate, got a good feeling from the place, and from Greg, so I brought my car in for fender bender repair, was done in no time, even offered a Free Car Rental, and cleaned it up so nice too! When I came to pic it up, it looked like a new car! 💕

I brought my car here because I live near by and they have a lot of positive reviews so I decided to give them a try. You won`t believe how fast these guys are, they called me with updates on the repair and also provided a rental car which was really convenient. They also washed my car inside and out. Do not hesitate to come to them!

A BIG FAT LIE, EMPTY PROMISSES - FOR LIFE TIME WARRANTY JOB

They repaired left sided rear bumper on my car on 5/16/2017. The jab was paid in full - CASH. The job has been promised as a "life time warranty". On the late afternoon yesterday I noticed repaired part showed visible cracks. Today, 06/26/2017 I went back to Fox Auto Body and asked them to honor the warranty because job was not done correctly. They declined to fix the initial problem. He give me explanation of thousand excuses and according to him the very "last job" whoever done it is a Mickey Mouse job and there is a visible color difference. Initially they promised 100% computer color matched job, the best price and the bumper will look like a brand new. According to him somebody else redid the job after him. Now I am left with all empty promises for job done, and without warranty. He pushed me out from the store. I am definitely going to take him to the small claim court and file report to BBB.

The job they did on my vehicle is simply amazing, what a quality. Greg always kept me updated on the repair process and did some extra touch ups to make my car look new. do not hesitate to go with them, they are great!
