Great staff and a very caring and experienced doctor. I was able to use their new patient offer even though I walked in and did not have a coupon.

This was by far the worst dental experience of my life. I know now why people don't like to go to the dentist. First off, I was placed in dental chair and sat there for 1.5 hours before the hygienist came. Hygienist was rough, only flossed my front top and bottom four teeth, I had to ask for a fluoride treatment (this is standard patient care most places). I was told I had a small cavity that couldn't be seen on xray but that needed to be filled today. I asked the dentist to speak with my husband who is a dentist while she was standing next to me and she said "I am too busy," when it would have taken two minutes for her to tell him things that I didn't understand. The dentist did no patient education with me about cavities or how to prevent them, again poor patient care. I am a physician as well and would not recommend this group to anyone. I was extremely disappointed in the level of patient care provided.
