I Called to check stock to see if they had my prescribed medicine before I drove down to the pharmacy. Is a major time saver in L.A. instead of driving around aimlessly right!!

Well the man who answered the phone was extremely RUDE I didn't even get a chance to ask him if my medicine was in stock before he said "Who is this" is a disgusting tone. I responded a little confused " Chris, maybe a future client of yours." which I thought was a reasonable thing to say, right???? then he snapped back now sounding like a complete A-hole "What company do you represent." I said " I don't.... AND THEN HE HUNG UP ON ME.



I Sure hope he owns that business because I was a pharmacy Technician for 7 years and NEVER ONCE treated anybody like that.
