I have been to Nail Time a couples times now.... like many nail salons I've been to, there's a language barrier, sometimes I can't fully understand what they are telling me hehe.. but they make up for it with hand gestures and body language... Their service is overall pretty good... I have had my nails as well as my eyebrows done there... Nails were well done, I made sure to notice their cleanliness which in my opinion is up to par... had their tools and utensils in plastic covers seemingly new... Eyebrows are done by waxing, which actually had been the first I've done waxing, always had my brows threaded (ouch) thought it was more precise and clean... to my surprise they came out pretty good, other than one time they came out a bit too skinny, plus its a lot faster than threading, and doesn't hurt as much... I only had redness for about a half hour after I got them done, then was left with very pretty shaped brows =) .... MOST IMPORTANTLY, they use a NEW stick every time they wax, which GIRLS you HAVE to make sure wherever u go, THEY DO THAT... can be dangerous if they don't... lol I made sure to emphasize that to the girl who did my brows.. she assured me that that was the way they do it... Lastly, I brought my little girl to the salon once to get her nails done for her birthday, they treated her very well and complimented me at how well behaved she is.... They put little flowers on her toes for a good price, and kept talking with her and asking her questions... always making sure she was comfortable.. which was very sweet.. So overall I rate this salon 4 stars, Very Good, recommended =)

I went to Nail Time during one of my lunch break to get my manicure and pedicure done. they took walk-ins right away and i didnt even have to wait for it. The location is very clean and the staff is very nice and friendly. Their price is affordable and their service is great.i was impressed when they opened a sterilized tools package in front of me. I asked and they said that they do sterilized their tools similar to the way dentists do at their office for each customer's use. I loved the fact that they threw away their file and pumice stone after each customer's use. I've been to several nail salon around the area and i have to say that Nail Time does offer great clean and safe services at a very reasonable price. I'll definately go there regularly and will recommend others to go there.

my experience: I went into Nail Time to get my acrylics filled. I normally go to a place by work, but since I had the day off, I went to Nail Time since it was in my neighborhood and I needed to get them done.. They told me that I could not get my nails filled (which was not true because I have had my nails longer and have had the filled before). They told me that I had to get them taken off and new ones put on. I wasn't about to argue with them over that, so I let it slide. However, besides being over priced and charging me for a service I did not really need, the quality was absolutely horrible. The NEXT day my nails starting cracking, chipping, and coming off. What happened to my nails should not have happened for at least three weeks if not more. I called during my lunch break and told the person on the phone about my situation, explained that I wanted a refund, and that I was not happy with their service. The person said to come in. When I arrived that evening after work, I was told that I could not have a refund (even though there is not a single no refund sign in the entire store). I asked if I could send them a bill from another location to get if fixed since I would not be getting a refund. They denied that as well. They then told me to leave the store and if I didn't they would call the police on me because I was scaring the customers. I was not raising my voice and remained calm the entire time, they were the ones acting hostile and raising their voices at me.
