Karen has been there for me and my family all the way. As a young guy who doesnt know that much about cars (though my friends do) my family has been going to her since THEY were younger. My dad still uses her service to this day, and that is how i met her. She doesnt overcharge, is always friendly, and without pressure tells you exactly what needs to be fixed, and what can wait for another day. Plus if you ever have a question on what something even IS or MEANS, she will explain it in simple english and with pictures (I lOVE PICTURES) so you understand what your buying. She has looked over many of my prospect cars that i was thinking about buying for no charge and told me her honest thoughts on them. (Saved me from buying a lemon) WORTH IT ALREADY!



ALSO, if you have ever been to her shop then you know about her vending machine which is only 75 cents for a soda. LOVE IT
