I don't like writing negative reviews, but this is the worst Ralph's I've ever been to. It's near my house so I go out of necessity at least a couple times a week. Aside from the awful parking situation, because that's really not their fault, the staff is unbelievably rude. All the time. Morning, day, and night. They are not helpful, they text while ringing up your groceries, and they joke around. I'm all for a fun working environment, but please don't ignore me as I wait to pay for my groceries because you are busy laughing at a joke. Again, this happens ALL the time! The employees act like you are inconveniencing them if you have a question and they are just overall very rude people. The only positive thing I can say about this store is that it's always clean. It's just a stressful environment for customers. You're better off going to any other Ralph's in the area
