First time at Republic of Pie today and was quite pleased with my meal. The atmosphere is very cool, relaxed vibe, hipster feel with open ceilings and exposed beams. The food was super tasty. Loved the potato and leek quiche and the warmed peach and blueberry pie.
The prices on their food are completely reasonable but I think their caffeinated beverages seemed a little bit much, but then again, cold brew fancy beverages are all the rage and are expected to be pricey I suppose.

As a Celiac, there aren't many places that I can find gluten free pie. Republic of Pie was awesome, but they would often run out of gf pie so I'd have to call before I'd go in to make sure they had it.

I've been to Republic of Pie quite a few times now. The best time to go is in the evening, weekends are pretty busy. The pie is pretty pricey but the quality and freshness are superb. It's a great treat on occasion. They also sell sandwiches, salads, teas, and coffee drinks. On Mondays they have open mic night. I also like to go for the ambiance as it's a nice place to relax with some dessert or even read a book or study. I recommend
