I lived there for about 3 years, it was ok during the first 2 years after the manager Jeromy was gone the place became a mess poorly managed, maintenance sucks!

The new manager have an attitude and her husband acts like if owns the propety

I moved out I had a deposit of 1000.00 and I only got 400.00 back the manager claimed that I got charge for cleaning and carpet

Is funny I hire a cleaning company and the carpet was whashed before moving out.

I even 200.00 extra for pet deposit when I move in to replace the carpet do to my pet dog and cat

still they keep 600.00

So do not recomend to any body to move in to this complex
