My condo in studio city was a great buy..except for the bathroom layout its great...I hired "the house next door remodeling" and their bathroom & kitchen manager :
Daniel... its a good choice! He & His design team changed the floor plan of my bathroom...its more modern now, with a spa-tub & steam shower... they installed a ventilation system so I wont have moisture problems down the road.... the flooring us an awesome & sleek black and white tile design.... its really a good job! The price is good..and so isthe financing they gave me.... :-):-)...I am a satisfied customer.

I contacted the company via their website and within 24 hours the customer service representative, Neiva, emailed me a request to set up an appointment. She was very kind and very patient for each and every question. In that moment I knew that I'm in good hands.
Ido The supervisor was in our area the day after and he sat with us and explained everything professionally and he gave us a really good and fair price. After I signed The work authorization his team was on site The day after.
I am very satisfied with their work and Ido was with me the whole process I will highly recommend them and already looking forward for my next project

I found the house next-door through my friend that was highly recommending them and she found the house next-door through Angie's list. Max and Igor were absolutely amazing and the whole team of HND was with me through the whole project. They had so much patience and were very professional. First Max and igor came over to get some measurements go over log option with what panels or inverters to use, lots of choices on where to replace the panels. They did an amazing job explaining everything clearly.

The House Next Door are the best in the business!. We wanted to have our backyard remodeled with almost 2000 sq.ft of pavers. Mathew was our Sales manager for the job, he is a fantastic person to work with, very considerate and works around the customer's constraints. He made himself available on-site through the job and made it a point to discuss any concerns on a daily basis, he is a true professional and easily became our trusted adviser on many aspects of the job. Very happy with how our backyard looks!. He truly is an expert and did a fantastic job along with his crew...their attention to detail is great. I highly recommend Mathew and the House Next Door crew.

We selected The House Next Door to repair and replace three posts on the front porch. In addition, after meeting and talking with the Ben we decided to do a kitchen and two bath remodel.Ben offered great ideas and solutions to update our 20 year old house. The crew doing our work was outstanding. They were punctual, personable and neat. They vacuumed every day at the end of their work day. As an added bonus, Ben knows current decorating trends, and has great taste. We really appreciated his follow-up skills. He worked with us until we were completely satisfied with this project. The House Next Door delivered as promised!!

Isaac from The House Next Door just finished replacing my kitchen floor after an appliance malfunction flooded the place and ruined the wood floor.

To avoid similar problems in the future I decided to replace the wood with Carrara marble tile.

Isaac was easy to deal with in arranging the job - reachable by phone, text and email.

He was clear from the beginning about the likely cost of the job and about what would and would not be possible. I am also extremely grateful for his flexibility - they arranged for the job to take place while I was in Europe so that I would not be inconvenienced by the work going on. I arrived back home to find a beautifully laid tile floor.

Also, in a mark of just exemplary "above-and-beyondness", Isaac fixed an issue during the weekend to buy extra tile after I mistakenly ordered too little!

A complete pleasure to work with, and while I had concerns about not being in the country to supervise and oversee the work, I now realize that I can just leave things in Isaac's capable hands - when the tile cutting I had requested wasn't working he promptly let me now, suggested an alternative, and ran with it.

I look forward to engaging Progressive once a year to take care of the various bits and pieces needing attention in my home.

Prices: Prices were very reasonable. Trust me, I shopped everywhere and the deal I got at The House Next Door was the best for what I wanted...and I wanted the good stuff.



I had no issues during my project, its was easy to maintain and to top it off it looks stunning! They have all different shapes, sizes and designs, just ask them for a book and they will provide you all the ideas. You can even have them recommend and design the whole thing for you.

Over all, they did an amazing job and I will definitely call them for my future projects.

My wife and I thought that renovating our kitchen would be a nightmare but Mike and his crew made our dream come true. When we first met Mike we appreciated the time he took to explain what we could expect during the renovation. His workers were skilled in their crafts and were a pleasure to deal with. We're very happy with the finished result and have already recommended The House Next Door to others.

The House Next Door have been very helpful in the remodeling and upkeep of my mothers home. Two months ago they came to do flooring, retrofitting and bolting of foundation, interior painting, electrical, etc... The quality is good. Overall they were timely in completing remodeling and have been responsive with issues after remodeling was completed. Recently my mother called regarding an issue with her outlets and they responded within 48 hours and resolved the issue. We are very grateful for their continued service.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! We could not be happier with the amazing work and experience we had with the house next door. Oren was amazing from the moment we met! He did a complete gut and remodel of our master bathroom . We love it! Oren was so patient and professional during the whole experience. He was always in contact with us and very patient as we asked a ton of questions and had a ton of request! We feel so lucky to have found such an amazing company! Everything was completed on schedule and at the highest level of quality.

the house next door recently did two jobs for us. The first one was to pour 825 sq.ft of concrete and the job came out perfect. They were on time every day and finished the project as quickly and efficiently as was humanly possible. The other project was to resurface my 70's looking fireplace. The outcome was amazing, my fireplace, once an eyesore, is now a work of art. I can't say enough good things about the house next door and have recommended them to my friends. Total professionals.

All I can say for the house next door is exceptional! max did three separate projects on my condo and each project was done with vigor and zest! The man is amazing he comes in with a plan on time and gets it done. I would recommend the house next door to anybody that needs a good contractor. I am extremely happy with the work they do and I will continue to use them all the time.

Max is a great guy with excellent integrity and values. He has a strong background in design, and gave me solid insight on how to remodel my Living Room. I am extremely happy with the Bathroom from House Next Door. It was specially made to my specifications. they bid fabulous work and the install was done in a timely fashion in spite of the fact that this was a special order. The installer was professional, quick and very pleasant. Here is a shout out to Gal and the great office ladies who took care of me each time I called with an inquiry.

The House Next Door Paint Crew just painted the interior of my apartment. It looks amazing! They did 2 colors and stripes on my ceiling. It looks perfect!
