The current manager is incredible! She is friendly, responsive and really advocates for the residents and our needs, whether it being a noise complaint with a neighbor or recurring maintenance issue with the management company.



That being said, the management company is incredibly inept. In the past when I have had to call them directly because the former manager could not be found, they have been rude and unhelpful. Supposedly, the company has emergency after-hours maintenance, but I have called them on two separate occassions and have never received a response. I have lived here for five years, and my air conditioning/heating unit used to go out twice a year, then started going out once a month. The AC company would be called, and they would say something vague like, "The freon levels are low," or "You need a part." Please, how many parts need replacing several times a year'''' The current manager has been great, though; she advocated for me and FINALLY got the company to completely replace the unit inside and out earlier this year (something that the previous manager had told me was done at one point), and I haven't had that problem since.



As far as construction, the units are large, but the appliances and fixtures are cheap and the walls are incredibly thin. Something like your neighbor taking a shower or closing a window can wake you up in the middle of the night--and I'm NOT a light sleeper.



The current manager has really worked tirelessly to make improvements to the community. Since she has been here, the roof has been fixed, recurring plumbing problems requiring the water to be turned off for the entire building without notice has greatly decreased (at one point it was nearly weekly), the common areas including garbage have been kept clean, and the buliding has been repainted and made more attractive both inside and out.



As great as the current manager is, I cannot recommend this place because the management company is still terrible and the people there are incredibly rude.
