The staff is very friendly and professional. I only give two stars based on the lack of cutting skills, lack of detail. They always seem rushed to finish even if not busy. The sideburn cut is always angled and looks really bad. Anyone can make that strait.

I used to get my hair cut here all the time, and never had a problem...but the last couple of times that I went, the stylist was rude, and my hair looked aweful. The first time it happened I called the next day, and the manager fixed it for me. That was about a year ago, so I went to other places, after that. Then, on Sunday, since it's close and I really needed a cut, I decided that I'd give it another try. Boy, was that a mistake! Again, I got another rude stylist that did a horrible job on my hair. I can't believe that they don't know how to just do a simple layering look! But, I have had it with that place, and am NEVER going back!

During my visit, I found the hairstylists working were unprofessional, talking about how they would work while drunk or after taking too many medications with negative side effects.



The woman doing my hair did not attempt to engage me in conversation at all, but told me the story of her life. She almost ripped out my eyebrow ring after I had pointed it out to her. And she did not cut my hair to my specifications.



Not worth the cheap price tag.
