i went in for a manicure & pedicure costing 51 with a 10$ tip totaling 61$. i had the gel manicure, fingers only . it was supposed to last 2 weeks which jen told me it would as i stated i had problems with this type of manicure before from another salon. she stated that they were better so i agreed. 3 days later it was chipping and peeling layers of my nail bed with it. went in on day 4 and asked jen to fix it. she stated it would cost me the price of a regular manicure. i asked if she could just remove the polish for free. she said "oh no that cost $10". there were 4 people working and not 1 with a customer. i stated i live close by, implying i could be a repeat customer. she continued cleaning reception counter with no reply. i walked out very unhappy. this business does not stand by its work. i removed this polish myself and had to cut my nails off as they were damaged for the gel polish. i will go to another salon from now on
