This week I had yet another stellar experience with Mulzer's Car Care. So I thought I'd share it.
Last Saturday, I left a message on Mulzer's voicemail because I was having a problem with the brakes in my (elderly) Infiniti and I wasn't sure that it was safe to drive. Rick Mulzer called me back (on Sunday!) and assured me that he'd get my car in ASAP and would even have a car that I could borrow while mine was out of service!
The following Tuesday (their next business day) Rick's daughter Jessica, called to let me know that I could bring my car in any time.
It took some time to chase down the problem, but Mulzer's persevered. They tracked it down and got it fixed in no time.
Mulzer's Car Care exemplifies all that's right in a small business and attentive customer service. Rick and his staff are thorough, meticulous and genuinely care about their service and their customers. Rick is courteous and always takes to time to listen to what I have to say. And Jessica, with her sunny disposition and sharp wit is always a pleasure to deal with.
I've been a customer of Mulzer's for quite a long time. Yet they never cease to amaze me with their ability to go above and beyond to make sure that everything is just right. And keeping their prices more than fair at the same time. I can't imagine ever going anywhere else.
If you've been to Mulzer's Car Care, you know what I'm talking about. If you haven't, you should give them a try.
You won't be disappointed!
