Provided by YP.comi originally went for routine service but during heard a noise when ever you pressed on the gas pedal. i was told it had a power steering problem and a motor mount that was broke. i was later told by one of the mechanics my car motor would lock up some day. then i was told that the noise was a throttle noise. i spent 1300 dollars and the noise was still there. i took it to jim marsh and found the motor and rack and pinion was out. i don't that was there problem but when i mentioned the noise to them they said was motor mount and just my bill higher. i wasted over 1300 dollars with them and i am researching legal options

Provided by YP.comThis guys Bobbie over there is a joke. He is totally unprofessional. I got my car towed over there for a diagnostic and Bobbie (General Manager) yelled at me because I didn't want to fix my car there. I think it's the consumers discretion to repair your own vehicle where you want to and not be forced to fix it a place that AAA sends you to. However, I think if Bobbie would have been a little more professional and not tell me that he is upset with ABC towing because they always bring him customers that don't want to repair their cars there. It is not my business to know that he is frustrated with AAA and the business they bring him. I told him after he rudely yelled at me that he needed to contact AAA and let them know how he felt. If this dude is not happy with AAA then he should stop treating his potential customers like crap. I guess he must have a high over head at his business and is starving to make $$$. I don't recommend this crook to anybody. Do yourself a favor avoid this shop!

Provided by YPmobileI went there skeptical as normal and I recognized two of the mechanics they use to work at the dealership I go to. From then on I took them my vehicles for every situation and they did a awesome job and half the price of a dealer.

Provided by YPmobileThis is the second time I have had service here in the past 3 months. The first time was for what I thought was just a water pump. Turned out to be a leak behind the timing belt. They took the time to explain to me EXACTLY what the problem was and ehat it would take to fix it...NO B.S. Just this week I brought my car back because I had lost my brakes. I thought it was the master cylinder and dropped the car off. I got a call telling me my rear wheel cylinder, drum and pads were fried on one side. They replaced only what needed to be snd showed me the worn parts when I picked the car up. The staff is great and will do quality work for the best price they can. They will even go out of their way to give you a ride if needed. Not only is the workmanship good quality, but the mechanics are honest and the rates are very fair.

Provided by YP.comRun like HELL in the opposite direction. This place is a total rip-off. They charged me $65 for a bogus misdiagnosis and when I went to my regular mechanic they fixed the car at half the price and told me that nothing AA said was wrong with the car was WRONG WITH THE CAR!! If you dont jump at their price immediately, they bargain down with prices and threaten that if you drive away it would be dangerous. NOT TRUE!! Triple A should be ashamed of itself for recommending this dump.

Provided by YP.comI didn't want to give this any star rating but I have to so I could post this review. This is what I wrote Channel 13 news and hopefully this review would be of help to anyone who is thinking about taking their car to this shop....
I am a single mother of 4 and had just moved to Las Vegas from California. So I don't know where I could take my Mercedes Benz to be repaired. Since I am new to the area of North Las Vegas I googled a lot of places that does Mercedes, because I can't afford to have it fixed in a Service center. Anyway, I took it to AA autocare by Camino Al Norte in North Las Vegas because they are close and my car could only drive 10 miles per hour. That's the reason I am taking it. The check engine light went on and the gear won't shift, it's stuck on first gear I think. Anyway, Jason, AA autocare's manager diagnosed it and told me it's the converter plate and quoted me $1037 to do the job with transmission gasket and filter and flushing. So since I wasn't ready yet I just paid for the diagnostics. When I did have the money, I went back to their shop and had it repaired that was a Saturday 2pm. By 4pm they called that the car was ready. So I picked it up and drove it around then guess what? the check engine light went back on and it still has the same problem. So I went back and told Jason about it but since they were closing he told me to bring it back Monday. So Monday I went back and dropped off my car. Around 3pm he called me to say that they were going to tow it to Fletcher Jones Mercedes Service Center because of the warranty of the part that they installed was a defective part. Tuesday, I called if my car was done, and Jason wasn't there so Greg the assistant manager told me they were going to schedule my car to be towed. But Jason told me they had it towed to Fletcher Jones on Monday. meanwhile, I am missing out on school because I don't have a car to use. And since I'm new in town I don't know how to take the bus. Wednesday, I've been bugging them and to the point I went at their shop to just flip out on them. Told them I was going to the police and all. So they calmed me down and told me my car will be done the next day. Thursday came and they called and told me they are going to pick me up and take me to Fletcher Jones because my car is done. When I got there, they ditched me there just to find out my car wasn't drivable. That I have to tow it. So I was in shock and called him to ask him why they ditched me, aware that I couldn't drive it and how am I going home? It's like 30 miles from my place. And now that they didn't even fix it, they wouldn't even give me back my money. I just can't believe that they could do this to another human being knowing the situation I am in. I mean they know I'm a single mom, No job, had just moved to Vegas and trying to settle in, you would think they would consider that but instead they take advantage of the situation. I asked to speak with the owner to settle this but Jason said he wasn't available. I even told them I am going to ABC 13 NEWS about their wicked rip-off racket they are pulling and he told me CHANNEL 13 news can't do anything about it. this kind of business especially in the auto repair industry should be closed down so consumers can be protected....
