One of the worst companies we have delt with. Destroyed our artificial turf and will not do anything about it. They cleaned their concrete tools in our landscaped terrace. They got concrete on our newly painted house, our windows, pottery planters, we were told that would not happen. They got cool decking paint on our house. They left squares around two posts for the patio and did not make it look like the third one, looks horrible. They forgot our umbrella stands during the pour and had to drill the new concrete for them. The grooves in the concrete were very noticeably crooked. Horrible quality, workmanship, customer service. No respect for personal property.
We asked SEVERAL times to every single person who showed if they were going to take care of our turf and we were told yes. We were told "it will look like we were never here except the new beautiful work"! Did not happen.
Do not use!! You will not be happy, they lie and you will get screwed out of thousands of dollars.

BEWARE! I had this company do my pool, and Jacuzzi approximately 3 years ago. The higher grade amour coating plaster I paid for had a 5 year warranty. 3 years later the "high grade" plaster began to chip. Adams was notified, and began a cat, and mouse game, which went on for months. Finally, in front of a Judge, their Attorney kept harping on the fact that there was a misuse of chemicals clause in the contract, which is their blanket defense. Everyone uses chems in their pools, and Jacuzzis so that point can be agrued for any issue, and beleive me, it is! Our pool man has been doing pools for 20 years, and has been doing mine for 10 years, 3 times a week. I, to this day, double check his chems periodically, and have always found him to be within specs, not to mention the Health Dept. checking up on his workmanship several times a year at his other sites (i.e. casinos, apartments, etc). The guy knows what he's doing! It's this customer's opinion that you'd be better off using another company, and questioning them on their warranty, because Adams has wiggling out of their warranty down to a science. They are NOT an ethical company. They have been sued several times in North Las Vegas, Nevada Justice Court. Look it up, and BEWARE!
