Terrible management we tried to work with management on late rent. We were trying to get help with social services after a job loss. We had 1 month left on our lease and we ask management to fill out paperwork so that we could get help with our last month of rent. They wouldn't help us get this paperwork completed. They got an eviction which then created an early termination of lease we were billed for 1960.00 plus the rent and late fees and eviction fees for a total of 3300.00 for an apartment that cost 980.00 per month plus water,trash and sewer which changed every month. When I asked the property manager about this she stated it was their policy. I then understood that they were only about the business of helping themselves not the tenants. So buyer beware they are not very nice people its just a smoke screen and if you move there don't ever be late with rent. There is no grace period your late the 2nd of the month and you pay 50.00 plus a daily 10.00 a day late fee.
