Where do I start? I went to this sop looking for wiring to redo my stereo system the right way from a previous installer doing a poorly executed job. While picking up some wiring, I asked the owner George if his shop was capable of building me a speaker box & rack for my amplifiers. He assured me that he could and consulted with another gentlemen who was there on what I would need and a quoted price. We came to an agreement of $600 for the box, rack and new wire install and I was told that it would take no more than 2 days. Well…towards the end of the second day near closing time, I went down to the shop to ask what was going on with my vehicle and is it ready. Not only was I given attitude, I had a multiple “installers” (if that’s what you want to call them) complaining in

Spanish & whining as if I were rushing them and they proceeded to bad mouth me thinking that me being white I couldn’t understand a word that they were saying. WRONG! Nearly 2 hours after closing time, they claimed that my vehicle was finished and were quick to get me out of the shop after taking my money. I paid them $600 and left a $60 tip for the outside guy that they contracted to do the wood work because he was the only one that actually knew what the hell he was doing (which after talking to the guy the following day, he never even received the tip that I had left for him). Upon going out to my vehicle to test out the sound system, I notice a loud humming sound coming from my subwoofers with the key in auxiliary mode. I mention it to the installer and he said to bring it back the following day. Well the following day I decided to investigate where the humming sound was coming from and found that these “installers” wired in a differential converter that is used to wire up on factory car stereos. Why would any “professional audio shop installer” wire this into a aftermarket Pioneer radio equipped with 2 sets of RCA outputs? In the process, they proceeded to cut a bunch of speaker wires from my harness plug causing my Pioneer radio to short out. Long story short, I let them know that I would be filing s small claims court case against them along with a BBB complaint and they refunded the $600 plus $60 tip for the guy who never received it in the first place and returned all of the damaged items that they installed. While I did receive a refund, I am still stuck with a radio that is less than 1 year old that does not work so I will be filing a small claims court case in regards to that. Bottom line people, STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS POSSIBLE!!! Do not expect quality professional service or even mediocre customer service.

LMS was recommended to us from...

LMS was recommended to us from Findlay Honda in Las Vegas. I called and talked with Jorge, who was very friendly and informative. My Boyfirend and I decided to drive over and speak with him in person. He was very nice and helpful, even offered to drive us down the street to pick up some lunch while we waited. In less than an hour my car was done, and it looks beautiful. We are gonna take my boyfriend's car there tomorrow for his windows to be done. I would highly recommend LMS if you are looking for a clean, professional job on your car window tinting. Thanks Jorge and guys....you did an EXCELLENT job!

LMS window tinting

So I decided to give them a call and I told them what I wanted done... I came in and the guy treated me real nice and gave me a good deal! It was worth paying the money instead of doing it myself!

Double Jeopardy

I'm writing this review while waiting at the shop.

Last night I had my truck tinted on all windows for what I consider to be a competitive price and I was initially pleased with the finished product. This morning I was greeted with a very noticeable pair of rear windows lacking tint near the corners...nothing that the warranty couldn't fix. I called in and was asked to return the truck immediately to fix this issue. I drove once again from DI and Fort Apache and was greeted by one of the techs. He said they were busy and I'd have to wait 2 1/2 hours before I could be seen. Despite having already paid, waited, coordinated, and driven twice, I find myself waiting here yet again despite my reasonable protest. As the only customer on the premises, one would expect timely service ESPECIALLY after having coordinated with the owner. The lack of attention to detail on the windows would have only dropped the rating to a 4 for me due to good prices, but the errant disregard for customers' time lowered the score dramatically.
